使用方法：本品为外用产品，每天便后、睡前使用，用前洗净肛门及患处，擦干。

为了更好的效果，建议解大手后使用。清洗并干燥肛门周围。

外痔：挤一点在手指上，轻轻涂于患处。

内痔：套上软膏尖嘴，插入肛门。边抽出边挤软膏。

 一日最多三次。不要连续使用超过7天。

禁忌事项：
1. 注意饮食：痔疮病人应忌食或少食刺激性食品及煎、烤、炙、煿之品。如羊肉、狗肉、生蒜、生葱、辣椒、咖喱、胡椒、生姜、大茴、香、白酒等，因为辛辣食物对 直肠黏膜有直接刺激作用，加剧痔疮出血、脱垂症状。应多食富含纤维素的食品，如麦麸、玉米、糙米、大豆、燕麦、荞麦、茭白、芹菜、苦瓜、水果等。饮食不宜 过饱，以免因大便干燥排除困难而加剧病情。
2.调节情志：病人应平心静气、保持心情舒畅，忌急躁发怒。因怒伤肝，肝气郁结致脾气下陷，使痔疮脱垂、出血加剧。 
3.合理休息：痔疮发作期应合理休息，不宜久坐久站，平时有时间可以做做提肛运动，不要过分活动或劳累.
4.入厕注意：规律大便，大便时别吸烟、看书看报，或玩，大便时间尽量短每次5分钟左右为宜。
5.戒：饮酒可刺激盲肠肛门粘膜而加剧病情，频繁的性生活加剧会阴肛门部充血，亦可加剧痔疮脱垂和出血。
6.坐浴熏洗：坐浴熏洗能清洁肛门，清洗分泌物，减少其对粘膜皮肤的刺激，改善局部血循环，减轻炎症、充血和水肿。

Details
Proctesedyl ointment contain the active ingredients hydrocortisone, a steroid, and cinchocaine hydrochloride, a local anaesthetic.
These work together to reduce swelling and numb pain.
Proctosedyl ointment is used for the short term relief of the discomfort of haemorrhoids (piles) and other painful conditions of the anus (rear end) such as fissures (tears). 
Do not use for more than 7 days unless instructed by your doctor. 
Haemorrhoids often result when people strain while trying to open their bowel (defecating). 
This problem is often, but not always, associated with low-fibre diets. 
Proctesedyl ointment should be used on the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.

Active Ingredients
Each gram contains: Hydrocortisone 5mg, and Cinchocaine hydrochloride 5mg. 
Inactive ingredients include liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin and wool fat.

Dosage
Gently apply a small amount of ointment (by finger or nozzle) to the affected area up to 3 times daily.
For rectal use only.

Warnings
Proctosedyl may cause a transient burning sensation in the Anal area occasionally.
Do not use in the presence of Infection.
Protosedyl is not recommended in Children under 2 years.
Prolonged or severe Rectal pain or bleeding should be checked by a Doctor.
